Delight yourself in detailed cookies that resemble those dating back to 14th century Germany, Switzerland, and Austria !   Springerle cookies, made from beautiful molds,  are a type of cookie that are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside.  With a hint of anise flavor, they are typically dunked into your favorite drink.  Although I can make Springerles upon request I am currently offering traditional soft sugar cookies with a European flair.  🙂
